PINCHED EDGE Side Scraper - by Cake & Scrape Food safe acrylic scrapers for cakes and gateaux. For use with ganache, buttercream and cream.
 These scrapers allow for different size cakes to be finished with sharp edge perfection, creative side designs and perfect round finish on spheres.  
Directions: hold scraper at 30 degrees from cake surface and apply even firm pressure. Fish seams with a small spatula.  Size:  13.5cm by 11.5cm (pinched edge 11cm by 4cm)
