Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items or defective products within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

You refund will be returned within 2 weeks to your chosen account or credit card. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping cost based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Shipping estimates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page, depending on the available options.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are based on weight, and the weight of each item can be found on its detail page.

Additionally, heavy or bulky items may incur additional shipping charges, especially for deliveries to residential addresses or areas outside our standard shipping zones.
